- To complete the registration process, we require the following information from you: (Name, Mobile Number, Email, Location in detail including the city, street name, and additional details such as apartment number, building, floor, or villa).
- Shipping and Delivery:
- We offer delivery to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the delivery time may vary depending on the location.
- After the order is shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.
- If there is any discrepancy, damage, or shortage in the requested items, you must contact us within (30 minutes) of receiving the order through our customer service WhatsApp number (click here).
- If you are not available to receive the order, our delivery staff will make three maximum attempts to contact you. If there is no response, the shipment will be returned, and the amount will be refunded as a discount code on the website. Only the delivery fee will be deducted.
- Your account on the website will be deactivated if there is a repeated failure to receive the order and refund the amount to your bank account after deducting the delivery fee.
